Payment methods
We use different payment methods:
We want you to shop safely and enjoyably, so we only use the most up-to-date and reliable online payment systems. Immediately after your payment is received, your order will be processed further. This means you'll often receive your order the very next day! Bank transfers via online banking are often received the same day, sometimes the next business day. Other payment methods are processed immediately. We offer various payment options; see the overview below for more details.
iDEAL is based on online banking. This means you can pay in your familiar payment environment, using your bank's security methods.
How does iDEAL work?
You place an order in the online store. When checking out, you can select iDEAL as your preferred payment method. After completing your order, click the iDEAL payment button and select your bank. You'll then be redirected to your bank where the payment order is already prepared. Your bank will ask you to enter some information and authorize the payment. The amount is immediately debited from your account, and the online store is notified that the order has been paid. If you use online banking with one of the participating banks, you can pay with iDEAL. You don't need to register separately.
I made a payment, how can I be sure I paid?
After each iDEAL payment, you'll receive a confirmation that you can print or email. You'll also find the payment directly in your account overview.
Can I reverse an iDEAL payment?
An iDEAL payment is irrevocable after completion, just like a payment via Internet Banking or a PIN payment, and cannot be reversed.

Credit cards are the second most popular payment method in the Netherlands after iDEAL, and worldwide as well. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and VPay.

You can transfer money via a foreign bank account using our BIC: INGBNL2A and IBAN: NL53 INGB 0008 6407 96 codes.
With a bank transfer, it may take a few business days for us to receive your payment. Because your order will only be processed once we receive your payment, please allow for a longer delivery time. Always include your order number to save us a lot of time searching.
How does Transfer work?

Via invoice; we supply many healthcare institutions and other business customers. You can email your order to us at info@slabenzo.nl
Please provide all the details here (possibly a purchase number or cost center) and we will send you an invoice.
You can also choose everything online and pay by invoice. Note: This option is only for business customers.
